More Americans are Aging in Place according to CNBC’s Diana Olick reports on a new housing trend known as “aging in place”. Instead of moving to a smaller houses after the kids are gone, more seniors are refusing to scale down. Instead, they install evaluators and make improvements to accommodate their future life style requirements in place.

What is a real estate evangelist? A real estate evangelist advocates or champions the benefits real estate provides to buyers, sellers and the business professionals involved with the real estate industry. They share the “good news” associated with real estate. 
Every endeavor–business or passion– has their evangelists. Innovation Evangelist Timo Elliott created a comprehensive presentation entitled Evangelism–excellent presentation. Then you have the Chewbacca Mask Lady– Candace Payne, is now the Joy Evangelist. It’s all good and extremely funny. My go to video to laugh.
